Barbell Club (BC)

Our Barbell Club runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Tuesdays – the focus is on barbell cycling and being able to move more efficiently with lighter weights to tackle certain types of workouts of the day (WOD).

Thursdays – Olympic lifting where we work on specific techniques for the Clean & Jerk and Snatch to help you achieve your 1 RM.

Saturdays – a mix of barbell cycling and technique.

Sign Up Online

Once you’ve chosen your desired CrossFit Canggu class, sign up conveniently online through our website to book a spot. Alternatively, you can also register in person at our facility.

Arrive Early

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. This gives you ample time to check-in, familiarize yourself with our gym facilities and meet your fellow classmates and instructors.

Meet Coach Yunus, a seasoned CrossFit trainer holding the prestigious Level 2 certification right here in Bali. As a Sports Science graduate and a specialist with certifications in physical fitness and mental health, Coach Yunus brings a wealth of expertise with a solid background in sports and physical fitness. 

In 2021, he clinched the CrossFit National Championship title as the Fittest in the country, showcasing his unwavering dedication to fitness. Having coached in London and led gymnastics seminars in North England, Coach Yunus is set to elevate your workout experience with his focus on mastering gymnastic movements and guiding members towards their fitness goals. With his infectious energy and positive attitude, Coach Yunus ensures every session is both empowering and enjoyable.

Coach Sergio

Introducing Coach Sergio, the ultimate fitness guru and one of the highest qualified coaches in Bali, holding the prestigious title of Level 3 certified CrossFit trainer. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science from the esteemed Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and Australian Fitness certification from the College of Sports and Fitness, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Coach Sergio’s passion for fitness entrepreneurship is evident through his completion of the Fitness and Wellness Congress in 2015. Additionally, he has honed his skills through various specialized courses, including the CrossFit Programming Course, Weightlifting Seminar with Sony Webster, Freestyle Connection with Carl Paoli, and Mobility and Kettlebell Workshops with Phase Six. He has even had the privilege of training with the legendary Mathew Fraser, who has been crowned “Fittest on Earth” five times.
