Our goal is to make you FITTER which is why we’ve enhanced Fortitude FIT to focus on improving your general physical skills. Overall fitness is determined by proficiency across 10 general physical skills: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance & Accuracy. Below is a brief summary of what every skill entails:

Whether you’re starting gym for the first time or working to improve your fitness abilities, this class follows the building blocks of fitness that teaches you certain skills according to different themes. More than just a workout, every day you get to focus on different parts of your body plus pick up new skills, where everything is scale-able based on your fitness level and strength level.
